Being *regimented* is not the same thing as being *disciplined.*
Regiment is about schedules and plans: wake up at 6 am, work out until 630 am, go to bed at 10 pm, etc.
Discipline is about goals and values: knowing what's important to you, and sticking to things that help you get there.
Regiment is about tactics.
Discipline is about vision.
If you're not regimented, don't feel guilty -- focus on staying disciplined.

Original insight about the difference between regiment and discipline came from Jim Collins, author of Good to Great, in his brilliant interview on the Tim Ferriss podcast -- highly recommend the full episode.
