“Welcome to the world, kid!”

I was watching dinosaur cartoons with my 2.5 year old, Issa, and this dinosaur I’d never seen before appeared. 

“What’s this…. I’ve never seen this one before!” I said. 

“It’s an OVIRAPTOR!” Issa screamed!

Sure enough, the name appeared a second later — “oviraptor.”

In that moment, I realized that there is at least one subject in the world that Issa knows more about than I do 🥹🥹🥹

I was so touched. 

“Welcome to the world, kid!” I thought.
